However this needs to happen, I am owed $346.72!"Beyond Yoga needs to actually send me the $346.72 I'm owed to my bank account. I'm happy to go to my bank and let you speak with someone there to confirm nothing ever went through. ![]() I'm happy to provide my cell number if it's easier to chat. Nearly $350 is a lot of money when it's just out the window with nothing to show for it. I've said it before but I'm a loyal customer and have spent thousands with you guys (look at my order history, I'm obsessed) but this is just so wrong and I'm frustrated and upset and honestly hurt that my issue isn't seeming to be taken seriously. I want you to understand that I'm out $346.72 with nothing to show for it. I've gone to my bank multiple times, most recent being Fri 5/12, and NONE of this money EVER came through (and would have by now). The issue is I never received any of this money I am owed. I'm including my most recent email to their customer service team below that is seemingly being ignored."This is an ongoing issue that I need escalated, related to order ******* which I never received and was supposed to be refunded the full amount of $346.72, $72.76 of which I'd paid with an instant voucher from original order number ******* and the remaining $273.96 via shop pay installments. This would have been swell however it's 5/17/23 and I'm still owed $346.72. ![]() I let them know and they filed a claim with ***** and said I would be refunded the full amount and I could even repurchase the items at a discount for the inconvenience. I paid $346.72 on 4/28/23 for an order that never arrived. Embarrassingly, I will continue to buy from them because I love their clothing. I've been a loyal customer of ********************** and spent thousands with them. ![]()
